Glad you had a fab weekend!

1,200 cals a day seems low for the amount of exercise you do, but like you say, if it lets you enjoy some meals out and a few beers on weekends, it'll be worth it. It's all about project wedding dress :D

I don't tend to eat above this anyway so it shouldn't be too drastic a change in that respect. The coconut oil in the protein shake however has solidified and made it totally gross so I'm going to be eating my second 'breakfast' a bit earlier I think! But yes you're right project wedding dress and project no belly in photoshoot! ;) xxxx.
 
Oh no, that sounds grim!! I hate it when stuff like that happens!!

It's only 8.16 and I'm already peckish! We had an early dinner yesterday, which isn't ideal before a fast day. Even your solidified smoothie seems vaguely tempting ;)

Ew solid protein shake!can't you scoop it out? I've heard a lot of people add it to their coffee which is obviously a lit warmer so it will melt. Are you allowed caffeine?
Overall though the food sounds really good . Hopefully you can mix it all up a bit so you won't get too bored? X
 
wow sounds like you're down with the plan already babe,

It sounds like a good one for someone like me - who likes to eat all day - to do but not sure I could sustain it for that long.

sounds delish! loads of protein in there! Have you done a big shop in prep? Was it expensive?
I have all these foods in at the moment so might try to mimic the same over the next few days...I've noticed I'm eating way more fat than I need to recently, even if it is 'good' fat...I'm keen to get this down! good luck gorgeous one! xxxx

Yes exactly the same but you can change your protein and veg ;) xxxx

I tried! Found out that you're not suppose to put it in the shake ;') Oops! Probably not but I'm not cutting it out (well my rare decaf coffee anyway!)
You can mix the veg and meat up! It is a little boring but it does mean the weekends can take a much more relaxed form and it is only for a month or so xxxx

Not expensive at all! Whole shop came to £40, and tbh all the veg and meat only came to £30 - it was my coconut milk etc that added up. I do need to buy more protein though but I needed some anyway.
I think you should be okay with 'good fat' what are you categorising under that?

I think you're amazing. You're a much stronger woman than me, I don't think I could eat like that for 5 days a week!!

Aw that is a lovely thing to say. I'm not though lol I just have goals which require this whereas you have goals which require you can run crazy amounts of miles!

I think it will be hard at times but no harder than whole 30 by any means! xxxx
 
Wow. I could definitely not do that! How long are you doing it for!? It does seem like it would work out more expensive? You are gonna smash the photo shoot though! You're amazing Jess! Your commitment to a healthy lifestyle is just incredible xx

I'm going to aim to do it until at least 11 april when I have my photoshoot but I hope to keep it up until mid may for wedding dress shopping! will see how it goes though! and nope cheaper as only need veg, sweet potatoes, meat, nuts and milk :)

After lunch 1 I was full, after lunch 2 a little peckish. Think i can last until after bootcamp though! Going to prep dinner when I get in so i can put it straight in the oven after bootcamp!

When I was writing in my diary how many days we will probably be doing this it seemed a lot so i looked at that bikini photo of me that made me upset the other day and it's totally spurred me on - I can do whatever I put my mind to! I'm also only doing this because I want fun weekends and I can't expect results without some effort! :) xxxx
