Size 10 must be amazing! X

It has taken a lot of work and i'm not fully there at all; I will most definitely be a 12 in most things still :) but still feeling proud xx
 
Isn't it amazing to be able to say I'm a size 10! That just won't get old for me! Perfect 10! Well done love! Food sounds great for today! And Mmmmmm choc covered strawbs! YUM! I cannot wait until they come back into season again! I miss the summer sweetness in them! You can so get back to it at the gym and be amazing! I know it's so hard when you've been sick but it'll pay off! I didn't want to do any exercise at all yesterday morning/this morning but I actually felt good after it even if it killed me a little! Ease back in and you'll be flying in no time! PS. What hotel did you book? xx

It is such a good feeling :) they were from Next so generous sizings i think (?) but one of the pairs was soft jean and they were too big! :) It is that 'healthy' choc of cocoa powder honey coconut oil and vanilla essence :) Yes definitely not as good until summer!
I'm really struggling at the idea but going to make myself go - I need to motivate myself with something though .... maybe some new trainers/new kit when i get to 10st?

Booked Albany House :) We stayed there last year - its near St Stephens Green - and loved the location although rooms were a little outdated. Then looked online yest and they have just upgraded some of the room to king executive rooms so booked one of those and they look lovely and modernised :) so really excited. All for $179 / £146!!

What's your mexican chicken? Sounds like it would be right up my street... xx

Mexican chicken (serves 2) is: Fry an onion in some coconut oil (or frylight for SW) and add 1 red pepper and fry until softened. Add about 1tbsp of chipotle paste (or spices I guess) and a tin of chopped tomatoes and half a can of water, and bring to simmer. Meanwhile cook 2 chicken breasts and then add to the sauce (I brown the chicken then add it as it cooks long enough but however you fancy cooking it is fine). The sauce should just cover the chicken. Turn the chicken occassionally. I also ended up adding more water.

Serve with quinoa done in chicken stock with chickpeas or other beans added for the last few minutes.

Squeeze lime in the dish at the end, and serve with FF natural yoghurt.

Ladies i've got 2 weeks until Dublin and i'm 10st 6lbs atm. I'm going to be as good as possible. Any ideas what I should aim for weight wise?

Hey huni...just caught up on all your antics! Sounds like you enjoyed the cause of the mini gain and have been right back on it since! Loving those size 10s!! Whoop! :) totaly deserved!
I'm the wrong person to be asking about two week targets right now...but I guess it's a question of whether you'd be happy just to get the 2.4lbs off...or whether you'd really want to push for the weight loss in the next two weeks to give yourself a bit of a buffer when in Dublin?! Xxxx
 
Wayhey, look at you & your size 10s :D So pleased for you. I would maybe aim for 3lb off in the 2 weeks? You have a fab weekend away to look forward to so hopefully that will keep you super focussed!

Yeah it was worth it. Well it is really annoying because I've been good all week, jumped on the scales to give me and indication for monday and put on :( TOTM is due today though and I feel bloated so it could be that? I'm a bit gutted though :(

I'd definitely like the 2.4lbs off in the session but tbh I wanted a lot more and my social life has seemed to put me at a disadvantage again :( xxxx

A social life gets in the way of everything lol. I have to plan mine out, tonight I'm having the girls round but I'll just have a brew or diet coke as got a house warming with the families tomorrow and I will definitely need a gin or two to get me through that.
 
woop woop size 10's! You've done sooo well Jessy and I'm so proud of you - can I have some of your willpower please or can I come and live with you for a bit so you can cook all my healthy meals!! :)

I know exactly what you mean about social life getting in the way. When I'm
at home I find it so easy to stick to plan, with yummy syn-free meals & then enough syns for a couple of glasses of wine or a chocolate bar :) Going out you never really know how much you're going over. I'm going to try & be more controlled on my nights out for the next few weeks (ie stick to 15-20syns if poss). Whether I succeed is entirely another question, haha.

Yesterday's food was as follows:

B: Egg muffins - 2 choc and banana, 1 Cajun mushrooms and smoked bacon
L: leftover Mexican chicken and quinoa
S: Raspberries and grapes, banana, honours and chickpea crispbread, trailmix
D: Boiled rice, 1 slice of prawn toast, sweet and sour, and some naughty ice cream :) and a bottle of wine!

Was a great night with work and came in under budget at only £20 :)

Food for today:

B: PB on rye toast, banana
L: Pulled pork and salad :)

We are out tonight so will probably have to grab some eats but will probs just have some chicken and take most of coating off.
