Good morning gorgeous girlies! Woohoo it's Thursday - my Friday this week!
I stuck to plan yesterday and treated myself to half a Cadbury ritz (4.5)
was still hungry after so had a banana!
The gym was good actually. I text my PT and she said to do recovery cardio after Monday. So either 45 mins power walk or AMT machine (low resistance machine where you can pedal long strides, medium strides or small ones (like climbing stairs). So i did 30 min power walk (3k) then 15 mins of a mix of strides on AMT. Then a 5 min cool down on bike followed my lots of stretches. I feel so much better for it this morning

Eats for today:
B: Protein shake, Banana, Strawberries Raspberries and Grapes
L: Salad and brown rice (rocket, tomatoes, beetroot, cucumber, smoked cheese, brown rice) I've got some fridge raiders I might add to that too
S: Yoghurt, Nakd bar, Nuts and raisins
I'm going for some wine tonight with my recent intern so going to only have 2 glasses. However! James thought I was out for tea too so he's arranged to go to his friends. So now after my wine I am going round to his friends and I believe we are going to share a takeaway :/ Kebab is probably on the cards so I think I'll just eat the meat and salad and try and avoid the pitta! Tbf after wine i always need something to soak it up
