Good morning ladies
happy hump day!
I had a few NSVs yesterday
not massive impressive ones but I was pleased with them.
1. I bought a size 8 jumper (it's definitely an oversized jumper but I don't care cos it's an 8 hehe)
2. I walked home from the tram stop. I was tired and feeling super lazy and wanted a lift home. It's only a 10/15 minute walk but uphill and I just couldn't be bothered. Anyway I realised I can't say I'm really into fitness if I don't walk places so I walked home.
3. I resisted synful temptations (that sounds so bad haha). I had my 3/4 o'clock lag and craved chocolate so I went and had some organic yoghurt instead! I did have a small slice of cake as we went to see the nephew as it was his actual birthday yesterday but I shared it with littlest nephew and resisted other treats and treats when I got home.
Jumped on the scales this morning and it flickered to 10.1 but went back to 10.2 so at least I'm showing a loss so far
that's spurred me on!
Eats for today:
Lunch: Mexican chicken stew (Thanks Lil and BBC good food)
Dinner: TBC - this has changed as it was going to be brisket I was going to put in slow cooker today but I cooked stew overnight so didn't have time to swap it all about and put brisket on. Dinner will be healthy and on plan though.
Going go the gym
and actually really looking forward to it! PT is making me a programme so that might be ready. If not I've got some exercises from her other plan James and I are going to do!
