If have said 2 tsp honey. What I'll do tonight us make some up but use easy measurements and check calories then I can give an accurate recipe and calories? xxxx.
 
I guess it's equal measures of each, either way?! I reckon I'll just have a play about and see what happens!

Can you tell I'm excited about having an evening in tonight?! I get to hula hoop and make healthy choc! Ha!

Yep as long as it is even measures. Just ensure that you take the coconut oil off the heat before adding the rest :) It goes quite thick quickly so don't leave it in the pan once it is mixed!

I can't hoolahoop or i would have a go hehe

Love this! Been following a few ppl on IG recently who really focusing on the clean eats and one girl popped a comparison pic up of exercise for 4 days straight and eating normally calories wise but a fair amount of processed/naughties against 4 days of no exercise and complete clean eating...she looked so much more toned and lean etc in the clean eat one! I'm sure there's a happy sustainable medium in there somewhere (I hope!!) bit just drives home how it is a balancing act of both and one doesn't cancel out the other! Xxxx

Yeah I think clean eating can make an amazing difference but we need exercise to shift stubborn fat. I think only then we can work on our muscles properly as they can't be seen under fat no matter how good they are. My personal experience is sw made me lose big numbers and clean eating has helped me lose smaller numbers but more dress sizes as it's shifted from different places. As long as we persevere we can do this! :)

Good morning ladies :) happy hump day!

I had a few NSVs yesterday :) not massive impressive ones but I was pleased with them.
1. I bought a size 8 jumper (it's definitely an oversized jumper but I don't care cos it's an 8 hehe)
2. I walked home from the tram stop. I was tired and feeling super lazy and wanted a lift home. It's only a 10/15 minute walk but uphill and I just couldn't be bothered. Anyway I realised I can't say I'm really into fitness if I don't walk places so I walked home.
3. I resisted synful temptations (that sounds so bad haha). I had my 3/4 o'clock lag and craved chocolate so I went and had some organic yoghurt instead! I did have a small slice of cake as we went to see the nephew as it was his actual birthday yesterday but I shared it with littlest nephew and resisted other treats and treats when I got home.

Jumped on the scales this morning and it flickered to 10.1 but went back to 10.2 so at least I'm showing a loss so far :) that's spurred me on!

Eats for today:
Lunch: Mexican chicken stew (Thanks Lil and BBC good food)
Dinner: TBC - this has changed as it was going to be brisket I was going to put in slow cooker today but I cooked stew overnight so didn't have time to swap it all about and put brisket on. Dinner will be healthy and on plan though.

Going go the gym :) and actually really looking forward to it! PT is making me a programme so that might be ready. If not I've got some exercises from her other plan James and I are going to do!

I always find it funny when people say happy hump day because I'd never heard it before minis! Is it an English thing?? It must be! Yay for size 8 regardless of what it was! I'm sure you'll be getting plenty more of those! And it's so funny, you're a real fitness person because you look forward to the gym and I'd way prefer just to walk up a hill! How you do those sorts of exercises like I did last night really is beyond me! My legs hurt so much! You had to have some birthday cake but good job for stopping there! I need to try Lil's Mexican dish! Slow cooker job? X

As someone who does almost no exercise apart from gardening and gentle walking and the occasional few minutes on the exercise bike or hula-hooping, there is no hope for me!

That healthy chocolate sounds amazing. Where do you get the coconut oil from?

I think good diet outweighs exercise tbh and you are so on track with that!

You can get it from some Tescos, but Waitrose have it but its £6 there xx Lasts ages though and such a healthy oil for you - always conflicting viewpoints online but its what we use now and it definitely has only helped me lose weight :) xxxx

Thanks sweetie - I couldn't really say no to bday cake! chocolate too! (although was actually a bit tasteless but i'm fussy about my chocolate cake)

Another yum day Jess! I am still aching today too, I kinda like it though - at least it means it's working!!

Epic NSVs yesterday! I think we all seem to be having them regularly now, we should start documenting them along with our food to give ourselves more pats on the back for our willpower! xx

Yep I quite like the ache!

Yeah I agree; I think we have all mastered the food side really so the other things do need documenting xxxx
 
Didn't enjoy lunch :( I had it cold and it was just too watery and didn't enjoy it :( The flavours were all there but it just has to be hot or at least thicker! It was perfect last tme but we had it hot so i'll just add some tomato puree tonight and microwave it tomorrow lunch

Feeling knackered but going to push through with some organic yoghurt and then a nice sesh at the gym! Got to keep going! Need to look good in my dress on Saturday
