Yes yesterday was quite a good day for plan!
Breakfast was a sausage sandwich so the bread was naughty but rest was fine. Lunch was some couscous with chicken which was okay diet wise. Dinner was a sweet potato with chicken and veg - perfect tea! I also had some of my 'healthy' chocolate which worked for the first time properly - we probably shouldn't have munched it all though ;)

We did some batch cooking yesterday and made a shepherds pie for lunch today and tomorrow, I made healthy choc, and James tried making flax bread. The bread didn't quite work but it was a good first attempt and we had a laugh baking it :) Then we finished off season 2 of breaking bad - OMG can't wait to see what happens next!

Weighed in this morning and after having gone up to 10st 4lbs last Monday I'm back down to 10st 3lbs. It flickered onto 10st 2lbs but then back up. Ah well it's a guaranteed loss next week then if I stay on plan.

Well and truly on it this week as engagement party on sat! Having one meal out Thursday a we are shopping for our outfits!

Hope everyone's Monday is good. I cba so roll on home time and boot camp!

I've just been catching up - my, you have been busy!

Food is looking good - great loss and here's to the next one but you're not thinking of one for next week are you? Not with your engagement party? It's hard to believe that it's almost time for that!
 
Oh my god! The engagement party is Saturday! Eek! You must be so excited and emosh! You'll only be engaged once so may the absolute most of it and forget about those scales! Are you going for the white river island dress still or seeing if something else takes your fancy? So eek for you!! You and James are so cute cooking together and stuff!

Thanks Hun :) yes still hoping for a loss! I'm going to be super good with good and gyming this week so that I can fully enjoy our engagement party :) I know! Nearly been engaged 2 months! xxxx eek :D

Eek I'm nervous! Putting on a party for about 50 people is scary! Haha I will make the most of it but will be super good in the week to compensate.

Seen a gorgeous dress in miss selfridge white with silver sparkles on I'll add pic in a min. Think I'm going for that but it's £100. River island one was nice but looked massive on me - I'll post some pics now so you can see.

And haha he is cute xxxx
