I was naughty this morning though .... I went and got a mcdonalds breakfast on my way to work :/
I had a subway salad for lunch .... but with fizzy pop

and now truly back on it :) Had some grapes and satsumas and doing our healthy food shop later.
Also nipped into Holland & Barretts and bought some quinoa flour! quinoa flakes for breakfast! and nakd bars :)

What a fab end to a fab weekend! Sounds like you had an absolute blast huni and you looked totally gorgeous! Just so so happy in all pics too!! Well done for being back on it today (well easing your way into it!) and WOOP for the loss! I think it was just the healthy weightloss goddesses not punishing you for celebrating the uber love!! :) xxx
 
Lol...love your Golden Arches stop this morning! Sometimes you just need it...I know I did yesterday. I couldn't have got through the day without a sausage and egg bagel and a tropicana! Hangover food of the Gods! xxx

Okay I stayed a bit off plan yesterday. Cooked an on plan tea: fish, sweet potato patties, asparagus, peas BUT fish shrunk and was like 2inches of fish each haha and potato patties failed so tea was a bit rubbish. Anyway, I had some sweets and a little bag of popcorn too. But I am drawing a line and as of today I am back on it.

Hump Day Wednesday 7th May

Breakfast: Caveman museli, Banana
Snack: Strawberries & Raspberries
Lunch: Cottage pie with a sweet potato topping (made last night by my boy)
Snacks: 2 satsumas, Nuts & Raisins, Nakd bar
Dinner: Chickpea curry (in the slow cooker as we speak)

As dinner will be pretty much done when we get in from the gym, and lunch is done for tomorrow (cottage pie), James is going to bake a cake - no flour just groud almonds, and I'm going to make some healthy chocolate! Need some snacks in to stop us being naughty especially if bar Friday night we aim to be on plan :)

Also picked up a fitness plan from my PT for some exercises so feeling motivated for the gym big time. Really looking forward to going tonight.

What's the gym plan like? Much different to what you've been doing? xx

Haha yes chick he does - but he is married with 2 kids ;)

It is the sets of exercises so for example: 15 dumbell curls, 15 dumbell overhead extensions, 10 burpees X 4/5. There is quite a range using different muscle groups! My PT text saying if I pop in the gym tonight she will go over the exercises with me - she is so lovely.

Just bought a new gym top ladies to further motivate me!! Size 10 and bright pink :D

Really feeling motivated now I have my exercise plan and I am back on the healthy eating! Feeeling goooood.
