Aw thanks ladies
that means a lot
I'm a big feminist so when I first heard about it I just wasn't sure. But I've read into it and it is all very about women supporting women and encouraging fitness in the media rather than skinniness - very down my street! It's going to be some very hard work but James and my parents are behind me 100% and you guys too
.
Our initial aim is to up the fitness as we go through periods of going for it then stopping. Like the last few weeks I've not been 100% in the game. So I weighed in at 10.2 and on it!
We've got some races we are doing in our build up to galaxy and the 20 mile. In September we've got the shine walk - night time walk through London
it's a marathon but as you walk it I think it's achievable. Then in October we are doing the Major Series which is a 5k muddy obstacle race. Then May is the 20 mile muddy obstacle race. Then June (probably) will be galaxy girls. James is training too for the runs but for galaxy girls he is going to do the same diet in the months before - very protein and fitness based. It's amazing how supportive he is
So yesterday we started! I had a gym session in the morning - 1k run followed by a weight session. Then last night after work we ran about 2miles. I found it so tough but enjoyable. Tonight we've got the gym, tomorrow is a rest day, then Friday we are either trying the gym in the morning (never done a pre work workout) or a run afterwards.
Food was on plan yesterday but now I'm back at work today it's going to be harder.
Loads and loads of love xxxx
I also took a photo so I can keep track of my progress
Happy humps already!!
