Good for you doing something even when you didn't feel like it! You always feel so much smugger afterwards!! Just realised that you, Ging and I are all wearing blue in the "after" part of our progress/prof pics on minis! It's obvz the colour of success!!! Hehe xxx

I made myself by texting my PT telling her I cba but would do exercise at home. It's so much harder for me when James isn't exercising so I'm very impressed how on it you are.

I think this message might be what made Ging have that dream! What dya think Ging?!

And yes I think blue is definitely the colour of success :D

Morning ladies!

I've got a full day of training today and tomorrow so can't bring in my lovely lunches I've made to have :( so going to freeze them and I'll have to buy something. I have however brought with me 2 bananas, 2 satsumas, 2 nakd bars and a pot of nuts to keep me on track today. I've even got my green tea bags with me ;)

Eats for today:
B: Nakd bar, Banana
Snack: Nuts
Lunch: some salad thing or maybe a cheeky jacket potato considering I have training and the gym
Snack: Banana, Satsumas an Nakd bar - so no excuse to be tempted by biscuits!

Definitely going to the gym tonight and I've promised PT I will to make sure I do go!

I had a jacket and tuna - no mayo or butter :) all I needed was my banana, a satsuma, nakd bar and that. Not much for me!

Urgh I'm motivated really but tired this week so not feeling gym. But I'm MAKING myself go tonight xxxx.
 
Lovely NSV at lunch :) I went to river island and naturally picked up 12s as I've always been a bit of a bigger 12/14 there and eek denim shorts falling off me :D the dress below is a fitted dress and the 12 doesn't cling to mean bits and is a lovely holiday colour methinks. Tried a little black top on (10) which I'm going to get and a fitted vest top (12). It's really motivated me to make sure I get my ass to the gym tonight! image-1672843702.jpg

Morning beauties :) Happy Friday!

Another day of training for me today so I'm all ready with my fruit, nuts and nakd bar.

Going straight home from work today to Newcastle. James has to stay in sheffield as he has a suit fitting tomorrow for his friends wedding where he is an usher next weekend. Going to miss him but it will be nice to see my family. My dad and I are checking out 2 wedding venues so will see what they're like, but I reckon they're expensive compared to the farm/brewery.

Need to resist munchies on the train home and resist bingeing this weekend as often happens when I go home! I've brought my gym kit with me though so I can some running!

Anyone got nice plans? xxxx

Sounds like a lovely weekend plan :) are you up to much when you're at home which could de-rail your best intentions?!

I'm meeting a pal after work, cooking us a nice dinner then seeing my man friend later. Have a long run in the morning then off to Derry to see the girls I used to live with for a fun night out :) Can't wait!! xx

Hello ladies.

Well that weekend was off plan and yesterday wasn't great. I am so so hungry ATM and it's scuppering my healthy eating. Anyway I need to get back on it today as I go on my hols in 9 days and want to have smashed through the 10st mark. It's my own fault but I get to it 1 week, fluctuate 2/3lbs up the next, then have to work hard to get it back down. I would be super happy to see 9:13 but I don't think it's going to happen in time.

But eats for today:
B: Stawbs, Raspberries, Satsuma, Banana
L: Homemade chilli
S: Nuts, Nakd bar, Banana

Lots of water! Lots of green tea!

Then looking forward to a gym session tonight! Some good weight sets and probs a mile on the treadmill too.

Aww babe, I know that feeling at the min. I am totally boredom/comfort eating, bleughhh!! I know it's probably nowhere near as bad as what we probably used to be like but it's not a good feeling, is it?

How about batch cooking some treats to have to hand if you feel like you're quite hungry? Things like falafel bites or something? Maybe even FF hummus to have with crudités? xx

Yeah Lil good idea; I should make some healthy treats for work and do some healthy choc at night!

I was super good yesterday bar a choc I've that one of the managers brought in - not exactly going to refuse such a kind offer!

Gym was also fab! I pushed everything I did last week and improved my reps/weights.

Got myself all excited about my wedding again yesterday. Got in touch with lots of venues, got some quotes, and sorting out visits. Less than 2 years to be toned and tiny ;) xxxx
