Tuesday 2nd October 2013

Breakfast
Granola (HEB) with milk (some HEA) Grapes (SF) Banana (SF)
Lunch Jacket potato (F) with homemade tuna mayo (1/2 syn): Tuna (F) extra light mayo (1/2 syn max) sweetcorn (SF) spring onion (SF) and pepper (F)
Afternoon snacks Banana (SF) Orange (SF) - determined to eat this orange cos had it all week - and I have some hoops and crosses (4.5 syns)
Dinner Going to the mum in law's so not sure yet, should be low syn though
Drinks 3 hot drinks (rest of HEA) and water
Evening snacks There is some watermelon in the fridge that really needs eating (SF)

I think the homemade hummus at lunch was the best thing; it stopped me snacking in the day so I could have a little treat at night :)

Hopefully will get more in with dinner!

Update on Yesterday: didn't have the blooming orange! It is in my bag for today .... Haha. Meal wise we had jacket potato with a lamb stirfry and rice and salad. Rice is 1 syn; jacket free; salad free; tiny bit of dressing (2 syns) and 1 syn for oil in stirfry.

Then I had a slice of homemade Parkin. This easily put me over my syns but would have been rude to say no :D I'll be good today to even it out :)
 
Thursday 3rd October

Dinner Stew :D beef, carrots, onion, turnip, parsnip, stock :D only syns are in the stock? Not sure how many! Any ideas guys?

Drinks 2 teas; small glass 1% milk; fruit green tea
 
Wow..Mugshots as a supplement for crisps. That's new but I like your way of thinking ;)
 
Haha well if i'm that hungry that i NEED crisps then i will make myself have a mugshot instead - there will then be no room for crisps ;)

Doesn't work as well for chocolate hehe

Hey chick, I love a mini-target! Your Christmas one is definitely do-able, but it's quite a stretch bearing in mind Christmas parties and the like. I'm sure you can do it though - you're doing so well so far xx
 
Thanks honey. I won't be downheartened if I don't quite meet it, cos you are right there are lots of distractions near christmas, but if I aim for it it will hopefully keep me on track :)

Hey Jess, from what I can remember from the last time I looked on my ipad (the mini goals don't show up on the phone app..) I think they looked good. The only thing I will say as Miss_Corset has also said, is keep in mind that there may be treats along the way and so that is why I have set my target for Christmas between two, so that I do not have to feel defeated and can also still enjoy any treats that may come my way ;)

Thanks hun :) Yeah I will be chuffed to be in the 10stones tbh, but I though 10 and a half is a clean number to aim for :)

Nic you are right; according to the book no syns in stock cubes :) Dinner was yummy!

I didn't manage to avoid the crisps :/ haha the mugshot idea just didn't cut it

STS this morning
But I'm happy with that cos haven't done any body magic (gym is closed until Monday) and I've been feeling really bloated!
Also my scales don't have half pounds on. It does bmi body fat and body muscle but no Half pounds haha!

Going to have a healthy day today then going back to the Toon to see my mum so will be having curry and wine tonight :D

Breakfast: Granola (HEB) Grapes (SF)
Lunch: Wholegrain bagel (11 syns?) Tuna mayo with cucumber lettuce rocket and red onion (not sure on syns tbh, 3?) I know it sounds bad but actually bar the mayo it is technically good for you, so i'm not too bothered about the syns. But done some damage control anyway with some melon and grapes (SF)
Snacks: Again for damage control I have a banana and a fat free yoghurt :)
Drinks: Herbal tea; Water; and probably a few coffees on my train home. I am going first class train woohoo because it was only £1.50 more expensive, but that means I get free naughty snacks - I won't go overboard but I will have a few. Afterall it was weigh in this morning.
Dinner: haha even more naughty things - I will be having a curry and some wine.

So today is off plan, but i've still had some superfree cos it makes me feel well :)
The weekend will also probably be off plan, what with being at home for the weekend - but some things are more important.
Not doing anything NEXT weekend so might try a whole 7 days of on plan :/ something I have just not achieved yet!

Anyone else doing anything nice?

Hope everyone had a great weekend :) I had a proper family weekend, which was perfect :)

Had a fairly naughty weekend: curry and wine Friday; corn beef pie, few bits of cake, sausage casserole and chips and wine Saturday; Sunday roast and few bits of cake Sunday - better than my usual off plan weekends though!

We have decided to do a full week (7 days of sw) as currently we only really do Mon-Thurs as have weekends off. We are also going to measure things properly and be very strict sticking to the 15 syns/day rule. The only blip we might have is Thursday night but if so damage control will still be done!
