Hi folks! I've missed a couple of shreds because I was helping a friend move house! oops!! back on it today but not till about 8:30pm this evening as i've so much on today!!
 
Dot worry I've missed about 3 days! Back on it again today !

I hope it goes well for ya then! I hope it's not any harder because of missing a few days! I doubt it will be, we can't lose fitness levels that quickly surely!
 
Level 1, Day 8. Done! :D She really wasn't kidding when she said that your endurance increases, though those horrid side lunges with anterior raises. Hope to HELL they're not on L2!
 
They are awful The first set I'm just about managing without dying but the second set... It's a complete challenge! I do them, but I swear an awful lot at Jillian!

No they're not! But there is worse :D

I've moved on to Level 2 today - I forgot how hard it is at first - but then so was Level 1 Day 1!!
Onwards and shredwards. Keep it up ladies - still no sign of a male shredder?

Level 1, day 10 done! yay .. level 2 tomorrow!!

Well done everyone - and i agree the side lunges hurt like hell.. ugg

I will have to do it later it is hard for me as I can't do it in my room sue to space and my front room is always occupied by parents so have to work around Thierry work hours! But I'm trying to get in as much as possible
