Morning all,

well, the plumber managed a quick fix using some wire but says mum needs a whole new toilet. Oh well, let's get it done then, better than her having to climb the stairs every time.

We have little madam today, it's wet out there so not sure what we are planning.

pingu can be a lifesaver!! although after watching it a bit too frequently we had to get another one or go mad!! ha.

glad to hear you are relaxing after your holidays jim. we are compiling a box of 'rainy day craft stuff' at the moment so we have something to do. that and the ready roll biscuit dough you can get from asda. it's amazing how long you can spend cutting out shapes to make into biscuits izzy isn't interested in the mixing bit yet so it's easier to buy the ready made stuff but am looking forward to proper baking with her eventually

Morning all, yes Gem, Pingu is very cultural. LOL

I bet izzy is as much of a handful as Olivia is Abz, she a total bundle of wired energy, exhausts me sometimes, but I love it. I managed to get my Mum's toilet replaced, what is it with plumbers these days, it's a nightmare trying to find one who'll actually come out and do the work. one i phoned, said it wasn't a big enough job!

Over to the FIL's today, it's forecast dry so we're going to attack the garden, hopefully that'll be the last tiime this year.

Glad you got it sorted for her Jim. At least it was downstairs, when mine went it made a nice mess of the kitchen ceiling below!!

Morning all, usual Saturday here, were off to the FIL's to do his shopping and then we'll have Olivia for a couple of hours this afternoon. Tomorrow is a big Family day, Olivia is being baptised and then we are all off to Modern China for a big family meal. Sounds fun, but I know I'll regret it, i can never resist those Chinese Buffets.

Morning all, long day yesterday but it was really good. I ate way too much of course and feel fat, bloated and "windy" today, but that will pass I know. The baptism was lovely, until Olivia threatened the Vicar for wetting her hair.

Morning all, feel much better today after a strict atkins day yesterday, same today. It's nice and dry ere, cool though, I think we're out with Olivia for the day.
