1lb off for me tonight was not sure what to expect with being poorly for 4 days I haven't eaten much but what I have had is loads of tea and toast etc also throat sweets, maybe that's the way forward!!

Back at work tomorrow for a whole day and then off on leave Thursday and Friday, what's a girl to do huh!! then on countdown for dads op and then were gunna be all over the shop and I'm not going to know if I'm meant o be at work, at hospital or at home lol!

Well done on the loss hun. I completely empathise with you. My Dad just had major surgery and then a few complications.
It is an awful time and like you said, it'll be busy back and forth hospital etc... but we're all here to support you. Xx

Your right I do wanna try and keep on track but it will be secondary to dad and how he is, on saying that he will prob have us running round plenty so loads of body magic lol. Well went into work today but wasn't in long and they sent me home not really understanding why I had gone in. Helped put my mind at rest tho as I got done admin done and check on some stuff as im on leave the rest of the week and I wouldn't have settled. Did the brownie points done favours too. Still feeling bit rubbish virus has knocked me for 6 cant shake the last of it at all.

On plan today and feeling ok, off to friends for dinner tomorrow but shouldn't be too bad she's usually pretty healthy so not too worried. Looking forward to it anyways be good to have a catch up

Just a thought, with everything going off next week and you saying your dad will probably have you guys running ragged, why don't you whip up some batches of food for the freezer? Means you can just reheat the food and have more time for him/yourselves (and sneakily keeps you on plan ). Xx
