Hi hunni and good luck on your sw journey. Just been looking at your food, did you realise the whole grain crisp breads are no longer a healthy extra b choice? I would hate to think you jeopardise your first weeks losses x

Hiya hun thanks for the info, I've been doing slimming world on and off for 8 years as I always go back to it to lose a stone here and there but have only been doing it at home as I know all the plans off by heart for the record the 1/3 or superfee food isn't a necessity but it helps in the long run to lose more weight but don't think that you have to have the 1/3 of superfee at every meal as it will still work on the odd occasion that you don't, just don't go overboard on the free foods xxx Week 1 11 stone 8 please read my diary here http://www.minimins.com/slimming-wo...joannes-hen-do-wedding-diary-2014-2015-a.htmlThought I'd come and take a look at your diary after seeing a post elsewhere, you're 'please read' sounded desperate lol. You can have 3 ryvita multi grain if you want, most of the ryvitas are hexb, but range from 2-4, there is a hexb thread on here somewhere. Food looks good so far, I'm only say this cause you're being so thorough, but on the first day, you had a mugshot & banana for lunch was there enough 1/3 superfree do you think? Otherwise you sound like you're doing fab, counting all syns & having hex's.
