Day 28

NEW WEEK

Exercise and planking done this morning, will repeat again later. I need to remeber to get a tape measure today to take measurement as this is another achievement each week.

Today food
Breakfast 2xhifi bars
Dinner mug shot cheese x2
Tea steak and chips 3
Freddo 4,5
Syns 7.5

Syns zero so far may be tempted with some Freddos later haha it is Saturday after all

Went to b and m bargains yesterday and it's great in there for all you pasta and treats very cheap. I often have pasta at lunch as it's quick and easy. Alpen bars are £1, rice pouches 75p worth a trip.

Need to loose a good amount this week. It's my bday on the 15th so decided To go out on the 11th for a meal which I will not be sticking to plan prob end up at tji Fridays as it's my fav. It's also valentines and my birthday on the wed which will prob mean a take away. What makes it worse is my mum is off on the wed so will prob mean dinner out aswell. Oh god that sounds bad but I don't care it's only my birthday once a year lol. Il prob put like 4lb on knowing me. I think if was to have one treat may stay the same but 3 is pushing my look lol.

You'll be Fine! Just try not to have syns the rest of the week :)

Alpen lights are so expensive, think I'll be making a trip to bnm!
 
Ye that's my plan be super good for rest of week.
Ye it's worth it they have got the xxl mugshot aswell in like a pot noodle pot for 50p they are free .

Question for you ladies, the scales at group do they show up 1/4s just wondering as mine said lost 3/4 but at club was only half I also worked the diff out between both scales. Just wondering as my weight is always on the stone or half a pound, never 1/4 or 3/4 at group

Hi girls. Spent the last 10 mins reading your journey Laura and its sound similar to mine. I started back last week after joining last year and getting sidetracked. Lost 71/2 week one. Was down to 16st8lb now. Weigh in Wednesday so fingers crossed. Be happy with 2lb

Hi hopefully we will both soon reach 15s can't wait. I was hoping for 2lb a week but seems really slow at mo as you have prob read. Still loosing tho so I'm happy
 
Hopefully. But I think slow Loss is better and more sustainable. Lost weight quickly before and always goes back on!
