Joined slimming world tonight

Go for it hun I’m really enjoying it . I brought some strawberry powder over weekend and it doesn’t mix as nice as choc. The choc is best doesn’t have any lumps I found the strawberry did. Have you got one of them little hand whisks I use that it’s greaf nice and thick.

I found the weekend alright to be fair hubby was sulkin a bit on sat night haha but he soon got over it. As soon as you’ve had your tea ur fine. It’s different isn’t it when your at work all week you look forward to the weekend , our weekend has always been takeaway and some drink lol so we are working on that.

We kept ourselves busy over weekend brought some paint for bathroom and cleared desk in spare room as want to buy some gym things to help us loose quicker .

Also went on the excersise bike yesterday , I like to go fast as I can on it and i managed a shocking 1/2 a mile hahahahaha. So today I will be doing a mile. I remeber a few years ago I used to struggle exac the same and I built it up over the weeks and eventually I was doing 6miles a day on it . Don’t get me wrong I used to collapse on bed after hahah but it is do able

I've brought the strawberry one. I thought I'd give it a go before I try the chocolate. I'll see if I like it before I get more than one flavour.

We had a quiet weekend which was good as we are always on the go at the minute, so it was nice to have a bit of a rest.

Did my mile on bike last night unsure what to do now. I don’t know if to stay at a mile for rest of week or go for mile and half. While I’m writing this Iv decided lol. Going to push myself and do mile and half , over the week then be 7 Miles Better than nothing and all
Helps. Next week will be better as I didn’t manage to do a full week this week. So next week will be 10 Miles which is pretty good

Iv had a sneak peak and so far this week lost 2 3/4 really happy with that. My aim now is to try and get 3 1/2 this week :). Iv got 3 full days before being weighed surely I can get another 3/4 off .
Really happy anyway because in 10 days I’m 1/4 off loosing 9lb that puts a big smile on my face .

What do you think to the shakes i really like them. You may struggle today and tomoz just before tea time cause I did but everyone is diff. Stick at it Day 3 you will feel great
 
I’m like you not really fussed with breakfast so far today Iv had 2x kewi prob have shake at 12 then another at 3 with snack in between. I do always eat tea at 5 tho cause earlier the better then have my final snack at 7 .

Do you like jelly?
The haryleys crystal sachets no added sugar that you make with water are great they work out 8caks for the whole jelly and if you suck it tastes like your eating sweets lol
 
I've just had the strawberry one. It's actually really nice. I don't drink milkshake normally so wasn't too sure how I'd like it but I've been presently surprised :)

I'm out every night this week, so dinner will be really late. So I'm planning on having my lunch shake at about 4pm, hopefully that'll see me through until about 8.30 when I can get my dinner. I usually have dinner at about 6.30 but with being out all week, it will be later.

I like jelly but I don't normally crave sweet things so will see but 8 cals wow that's nothing! Maybe I could have jelly with chopped fruit, that should still keep it under 100kals.
 
Finally got on here haven’t stopped all
Day been shoppin with my Mum and my little monkey so hopefully burned off cals. Currently on excersise bike still doin 1.5 Miles. Food was abit diff today normally when ever my mum got annual leave we always end up in the pub filling our faces.

It’s friday! How quick has this week gone.

Weighday in the morning woop woop can’t wait for feeling it’s going to be good. Staying off the scales now just hoping that burger didn’t do any damage . It shouldn’t have because I stayed on plan for calories but you feel naughty after eating somethin like that.

Today’s plans not a lot really got a ocado delivery this mornin then got nip shop to get few things I forgot. Like to give the house a good clean on Fridays ready for weekend and get the ironing done. Nothin worse on a Sunday the thort of irioning his work shirts :(

Looking forward to the week ahead, Olivia has a photo shoot booked in tomorrow, pancake day on Tuesday,valentines wed and my bday on thurs so it’s s pretty good week .

You're doing amazingly well :)
It sounds like next week could be difficult for you but you sound so motivated at the moment that you'll probably breeze through it :)
