Jolinarr is JUDDDing AGAIN!

Ohh I love soured cream, weight watchers do a nice one but not sure on the calories.
Im going to have to get me some cinnamon too.
 
I love sour cream too, yummy! Yes the ww one is good, and cals aren't too bad.
 
I didnt realise sour cream was as low as that in calories
so thanks for sharing that

Hey Yall!

I was just updating my menu from yesterdays DD. :) I did great! I only had 505 calories yesterday! Woohoo!!

Yeppers... I love the light sour cream! Sooo yummmy!!! 2 tbsp is 40 calories.... so I just use 1 tbsp for the 20 calories... :) Love it!

Ohhh Ive gotten to where I LOVE cinnamon! That stuff is soo good! :) Its great on a DD day... I put it on toast and use a tiny bit of sugar.... With some Hot tea or coffee... yummmy!

Yeppers! Today was WI!!!! I am sooo happy to report that I lost ANOTHER Pound!!! Yes, it was only 1lb, but I don't care! Im just so thankful that every time I now step on the scales it continues to go down!!! I just LOVE this diet!!! Its the only diet that I can lose every time I step on the scales and only be dieting HALF the time! LOL I LOVE IT!!! Hubby lost 2lbs! :)

Ive not lost a total of 17lbs from my Heighest weight at the end of 2008. (remember we quit the diet and I only gained like 2lbs this whole year!)

And hubby has now lost a total of 25lbs from his highest weight!

Wooohoo!!!

I LOVE this diet sooo much!!

I can't believe its not butter - 0
1/2 serving of syrup - 120
1 serving of garlic bread - 120
1/2 serving of garlic bread - 60
1 tsp of butter - 60
1/2 tsp of butter - 30
Some spaghetti (tho Im not sure how to count this)
5 (sniff, sniff.. yes I said that right 5) oreos.. LOL They were sooo yummy! (they are 54ish calories each) - 270
1 light yogurt (tho I didn't eat the whole container) - 80
3 pieces of already cooked bacon - 70
1.5 servings of special k - 150
1.5 servings of 1% milk - 165
1.5 serving frosted flakes - 150
1.5 servings of 1% milk - 165

I love cereal! LOL :)

it says a lot that you chose to do it again and only put on 2lb in all that time

1 100 calorie pack of cookies - 100

Hmmm this cinnamon gets a lot of mentions - might have to try that. Great going, well done, it does spur this newbie on.
 
I love cinnamon its also got good properties for many health issuse
Jolinarr and I seem to have some every day :)
 
You certainly make the most of your cals on a DD. I don't think I'm that disciplined! I would need to keep eating if I started in the morning. It seems to be make me more hungry.
 
Yes I'm the same emmasmum, if I start eating in the morning it would be a really hard dd for me as it makes my hungrier, I like to wait as long as possible then my dd's are so much easier. But we're all different, some people like to eat in the morning, I've never been a big breakfast eater anyway so doesn't bother me going without any.

Not really counting Calories to much today for my UD... Im just makin sure I don't go crazy. :)

Plus a couple of fries... I don't know how to count those! LOL

I lost one more pound! Woohooo!

Tomorrow is a MD....

I was gonna do a MD today and an UD tomorrow, but I decided to flip them around! LOL :)
