B: 100g raspberry flavoured total 0% (new favourite flavour from random bottle found practically down back of shelf in bakery section of Selfridges - porn shopping if ever I've done it. Wandered round drooling at everything then went to the checkout with this one tiny bottle. Checkout girl thought I was a bit odd....), 2 chocolate orange muffins with quark frosting
L: 2 quorn sausages, 120g dukan quiche, 1 tbsp cream cheese dip
D: 1 roll mop herring, 4 seafood sticks, 100g lemon total 0% yoghurt

Who knew it was possible to eat so many food items beginning with 'qu' in one day? Only on Dukan....

I am going to pre-empt nagging from Jo and Pauline here and confess I've not got my profile up yet. It's just the photos I need now though. Blurgh. Do you want to hear a terrible secret though? An on/off ex from a while back is over. He's adorable, super hot and thinks I'm great. But he's....whisper...15 years younger than me. I know, I know...but what am I meant to do? We've just been to see Moonrise Kingdom (which I TOTALLY loved by the way) and I can't exactly kick him out

Oh no! Don't make me be responsible for an explosion of illicit popcorn eating on this forum!! I like the look of those homemade mixes Trini Maria (god, I love saying Trini Maria, too bad British Jude doesn't sound more lyrical...) but yeah, a ton of salt. I think the ones I have contain a fair bit of salt but you only use a tad and it doesn't taste too bad.

I'm loving all this experimenting you know. Before Dukan I very, very rarely cooked fish - was a bit scared of it I think. Now I've realised how tasty it is grilled and poached and baked in foil. It's a whole new world out there!
