Hey just be messing about on the calendar and by the 7th July we will have been on the plan 12 weeks wonder what I look like by then ? Or how much weight I will have lost? And by the time my hols come will have been 16 weeks....

I'm away in Cheshire for girls /family stay in hotel on 7th July and no one knows am on this plan so will have to rethink how I'm going to manage it x

12 weeks makes a huge difference. I have my pics from last time and weeks 8-12 really saw a change in my shape. X

Yep or chicken salad. Youll have lost lots by then and it will be obvious so you can just say you're healthy eating and don't feel strong enough to deviate yet. X

Hunni I lost three stone and most days still feel exactly the same. It's only now that I'm starting to feel a bit smaller. Takes a while for our heads to catch up x
