Morning all, DD today and am glad about that, busy day ahead , Kids back to School yay, haircut that I put off from last week at 11am, a batch of choc lollies to be made that will need posting today so need to get cracking on them , don't mind making them on a DD as I am so strict with myself on DD cheating never enters my head:innocent0002: ha ha.
Oooh and I need to get some dulcolax as I really need to go to the toilet !! Been weighing daily since sat and its proving interesting hope the numbers start going the other way after today ha ha. Will report back later on my menu for today, have a good day all x

Not nfelt the least bit hungry to day , bought some cal free Cream soda this morning and its lovely so have had a few glasses of that and now on my first coffee of the day, will update final totals later. Hope you are Having a good DD Mel x

As requested a pic of one of the lollies I made today, they are for a wedding on Sat so will finish them before last post !



They have personalised stickers on the back too really pleased with them, I am so sad as I am excitedly waiting a delivery of new moulds from America, Star wars, Spiderman and Thomas the Tank and am going to be making my first batch of Minnie Mouse later this week, will def post pics of those for you Mel xx

Thanks. I am a Minnie fan. . My DD and I trick or treated as Minnie Mouse, Mini Minnie Mouse (she was 7 at the time) and she carried a Minnie Mouse doll - we referred to ad Micro Minnie! My dreadful 15 year old son told me I was Mega Minnie. I think that helped me decide to do LL. The rat b^sT^rd!

Well its nearly 5 o;clock just back from the post office and still not hungry?? So as I am having a nice bubble bath later and will be going to bed early OH on mornings I think I can safely say that I am not going to eat anything today.
I have hardly touched my milk allowance today as I have been drinking my zero cals Cream soda but I will put 100 as I have to put something, So total cals for today will be

Milk allowance 100 cals

I didn't set out to eat nothing today its just that I genuinely havent been hungry , I am trying to listen to my body a bit more and stop when I am full and only eat when I am hungry otherwise I am wasting the lessons this diet is teaching me.

I was on for a nil by mouth day until I went to the garage to get some milk and they put my fabulose mini chicken satays beside them!!!! Ended up buying 4boxes and have already devoured 4, cant resist them!

Was fine until then lol

How very dare they, tempting you like that !!! They are really low in cals anyway aren't they so it doesn't matter hun x
I didn't set out not to eat but on my DDs on thurs and fri last week I told myself to eat 500 as I was doing 2 in a row, I found it harder knowing I had to eat them, so today I told myself to eat when I was hungry and really havent been, no tummy rumbles at all today so will take advantage of it today and look forward to my UP tomorrow x

Awwww thank you , I started making them for my own kids and then for their parties and it sort of went from there, I enjoy it x
