Anyway DD for me today strangely I had a bit of a rumbly tummy before I got up so I hope I am not going to have major hunger pangs today
My Son slept well bless him but I didn't as I was listening out for him. He is a bit disapointed about having to miss School today as they are interviewing wait for it Eamon Holmes !!! via webcam today, I wanted to tell him him he wasn't missing much as he is a total k******d but thought better of it, will make it up to him somehow I am sure :giggle:
Going to see if they have any more of the cal free cream soda over the shop later and will probably try one of those pasta pots later, will post my Menu later when I know.

I insist you start watching Big Bang Theory from the beginning. You can watch it with your kids, be use it is more about social awkwardness than crude rude stuff. It takes a few episodes for the characters to find their stride, but it is very funny and dead clever.
I'm DD and hoping to not be too cranky. Making pork for the family since I do t eat it - I won't feel deprived At All. I am thinking a salad with Slim and Save chili on it for dinner (we try to eat dinner together as much as possible).

Hi, good thanks stuck to my above menu, will have one more cuppa before bed then thats me done for the day, I love the feeling of achievement at the end of a good DD

Feeling for you on the
situation, I find dulcolax very reliable take them at night result following morning, I hate not going but it always happens to me when I have a change in my diet The daily weigh in is proving a revelation, I don't have the exact figures to hand but roughly
sat - 12 13 official weigh in after DD (sts)
Sun - 13 01 after UP gain of 2lbs
Mon - 13 04 after UP gain of 3lbs
tues - 12 13 after DD loss of 5lbs !!
wed - 13 after UP gain of 1lbs
So I gained quite a lot after my 2 UPs , however I lost it after my first DD, hopefully it will continue downwards after my DD today small gain after thurs UP and then a loss after fri DD which should in theory bring me below 12 13 which would then be an overall loss, the figures do look a bit scary but I have faith in the process and I have to add that during the 2 days I gained the 5 lbs my clothes etc felt the same so I am not sure where those 5lbs were.
