Yeah there is a story behind it, it is more kinky on the first book though, it gets more into a story on the 2nd book, Ive enjoyedthe 2nd and 3rd better!

Morning all can't believe its 10.41 and I am only now here, Evie didn't wake until nearly 8am this morning !!!! Of course it was lovely to not get up at 6am but I had to rush like mad to get the kids up and ready for school, so no time for updating and catching up till now. It ended up as a very UP up day yesterday, the kids and OH went to the cinema at 6pm and didn't get back until gone 9pm well of course I was waiting for OH to get home to have tea, I really hate eating late and while I was waiting I was of course starving so I finished off the cheesecake with cream!!! That was 500 cals right there then the lasagne and Garlic bread wow I think I may have been approaching 3000 yesterday!!
Going by my weigh in this morning I am def on for a STS this week and if I am not careful could even be a gain
So its a DD for me today and will have a controlled UP day tomorrow to try and halt any damage, so tea/coffee and cal free cream soda for me today Going by todays weight and the last 3 weeks findings I need to lose 3lbs by tomorrow just to sts this week as I usually weigh the same on a thurs as I do on my official weigh in ?
Oh and my son who has been waiting 18 mths for the new Spiderman film, absolutely loved it , he was beaming when he came in and has talked about it non stop this morning, so glad he wasn't disapointed

Tues 12 9lbs loss 3lbs after DD (I have always lost weekend gain after mons DD so could be looking at a sts this week?)
Weds 12 11lbs 2lbs gain after UP
Wow started reading this diary on page 5 fantastic, I think I will see what I can find out about juddd and start cycling my cals as well, I want to loose like you did in your first month.

Morning all, sorry didn't have much chance to catch up on here yesterday seemed to be kept busy most of the day Really think I am looking a a STS this week as going by the last 3 weeks whatever my weight is on the thurs is the same as my official weigh in on Sat ? So we will see, I am going to try to have a controlled UP day today to see if maybe that will make any difference. I am a strange one though on a DD I have the self restraint of a Nun no food no problem on my UP days I seem to find it harder to stick to a certain amount thats why I tend not to count and just eat freely. However thats fine when I am losing but I need to rein myself in if it looks like a STS week:copon:. There I have just given myself a virtual slap to keep me in check lol
