Jo's Juddd diary 2012

Very exciting about the puppies. Can't wait for pictures.

Same old, same old. Working on going back to Florida during half term. I might be there longer than the family and/or fly out before as my dad us going to have his hip replaced.
 
Fingers crossed that you are right with the 4lb and you have a 2lb loss for Saturday...... all very exciting about the puppies. We have had loads of kittens in our house, but never puppies. I remember the time we went to Berlin to see the Killers, daughter stayed at my house with the boys and the cat had kittens sitting beside one of the boys on the sofa whilst we were away.... not at all bothered, so we called one of the kittens Brandon after Brandon Flowers, lead singer with the Killers... turns out the kitten was a girl, but she is still called Brandon. Another time mum and daughter were pregnant at the same time, each had their kittens on each of the 2 small boys beds within 12 hours of each other, then kept nicking each others kittens, eventually we left them to it and they both fed both lots..... lol
 
I remember when I was little our cat having kittens in the cupboard of the welsh dresser lol, dogs are a bit more involved unfortunately and I will spend a lot of time sleeping next to her whelping box leading up to and just after the pups are born, not looking forward to that part much I have to say lol.
Everything crossed that my predictions are right or near enough, a 1lb loss would be very welcome but really want 2lbs perhaps I am just being greedy :eek:

Friday, last DD of the week and 2 UP s to come, gotta love a Fri, well all going to plan so far 11 11 on the scales this morning, so all I need now pretty please is a loss by tomorrow really want 2 but will be happy with 1lb, never not lost after a DD before but there is alaways a first time hope that isn't this week. But hey this week hasn't been difficult so I am happy whatever. Going shopping first thing so will decide what to eat when I am there ?

Food for today , well I discovered Butternut Skinny soup in tescos, 95 cals for 1/2 the pot , so My plan is to have 1/2 for lunch, then WW Chicken hotpot for tea then I have the soup left to play with If I feel a bit dodgy this evening soooo
Milk 150 cals
soup 95 cals
WW meal 226 cals Total 471 cals or 566 with the extra portion of soup either way looking good x
 
Lets hope so or I am going to feel a right nana being all positive about a 2lb loss lol, I always lose after a DD though so I have reason to be positive just hope this isn't the week my body decides to do its own thing eh :rolleyes:

I know hun xx I just got this feeling that I may have set myself up for a fall predicting that I would lose 2lbs oooeeer :eek:

Even if u don't, you have come soooo far! You know in the past you haven't lost any lbs Nd still you feel slimmer, healthier Nd smaller. Lbs lost is only a small matter on this diet x
 
Well said T2G, the only reason I am remotely interested in lbs is because my bloomin stupid BMI makes me obese and its irritating the hell out of me, I know its just a number and a word but as far as my GP is concerned I am obese and he puts my joint problems mainly down to it :mad:. I am sooo happy with the way I look I just need to get into the 'overweight' catergory' sometime soon lol.
Gotta say that Butternut squash soup was bloody gorgeous, I had 1/2 the pot, 95 cals and am full, it was super tasty , thick and creamy, it blew WW s watery soup out of the water, would def recommend it x

You are barely obese by those "one size" fits all standards. I bet if we weighed you in water your body fat would not make you obese. Those charts are not accurate -- they're insurance standards from decades ago.

Is the JUDDD helping your joints? I'm interested in the health benefits re:things like the inflamation reduction (asthma).

I have very aggressive auto immunity and I've found it does help somewhat although it's never gonna be a cure for me. Sometimes it can be as simple as dealing with food demons (which juddd really helps with) and losing weight reduces the level of stress in your life which then has a positive impact on your inflammation xx
