I think I am addicted to wholemeal toast though lol xIt'll drop -- you're very consistent. You can be controlled -- just go high protein low carb.
Aw thanks, I only started daily weighing as I had a few weeks of staying the same and then got fascinated by how my body reacts after Ups and DD , I am not affected by the gains though, I certainly didn't look or feel 5lbs heavier mon morning I know its just a temp no on the scales x Good luck with the Doubles, I am finding them really helpful and surprisingly easy just need to try and have a controlled UP tomorrow to minimise my gain then I should hopefully lose this week? There is a double DD thread and a few of us post on thereI'm really enjoying reading your diary jo - I'm exactly the same weight and following your idea of weighing daily to get some idea of how the UD/DD affect things. I am also trying DDDs this week as well. Fingers crossed for us both
