Thanks, and good luck with the Exante , they do give excellent losses quickly, which was why I tried one out last year, I will probably do a week or 2 on one now and again to boost my losses. As I have done TFR before I will be able to cope on the down days as I find it relatively easy to eat very few cals though I do think that the shakes help as though they are only 150 cals they are designed to keep you feeling full so def a bonus.
