Thats great that your now in the Habbit , how much do you want to lose Karen .
So on your up days what what you say you normaly have in kcal amount ?
 
Thanks. I have six more stones to lose. I don't count calories on an up day and I'm not good at estimating but I normally have cereals and milk for breakfast, something like a tuna salad for lunch and then my evening meal.
 
Hi Karen , i also have 6 stone to lose , when it happens .
with Keeping track on what your eating can send you crazy in the end lol you start well then think ho forgot to list that then give up .
Hows everyone else doing , shout if your around , don't be shy lol
 
Yes , keep going Karen . i know its hard staying the same , i think i'm going to have todo more walking until i drop , as my bmi is 44 and have a long way to bring it down to 29 .... god you wonder if you'll ever see it .
My friend told me she took all the white foods out of her diet , shes gone to skinny size 6 she said .. looks like she has a childs body now ....
have to look into what i'm eating as need to boost this . hows you Karen
 
I'm fine. Had a good up day yesterday and didn't go too mad. Looking forward to my soup at tea time.

How are you getting on? I'm going to start walking more when the weather improves :)

one pound is good . yes walking , i have found it hard as winter ... so dust the cobwebs off to start out slow build up .
I am going to start frsh tomorrow . as i have not been good .

Good so far. Had a naughty mid-week weigh in and had lost 2lbs already so feeling happy with that.

Treated myself to some new clothes - they are a little bit tight so should fit me perfectly soon x

I have a cold at the moment so don't feel like eating much (Thank god ) lol Maybe this is a new start for me .

Thanks hun. Been on holiday this week and my good intentions went out of the window so we'll see what the damage is tomorrow.

Hi Karen , where did you go on holiday ?
Thats it you never know with your frame of mind . I lost one pound only to regain it the next day ... i'm going to dust off my stepper as i know i sit too much , got to get moving .

We went to Staffordshire and the weather was lovely. Did a lot of walking which probably helped as I only gained a pound which I will lose with extra this week :)
 
good to walk off the dinners . hows the plan going so far karen ? do you just weigh weekly i mean no looking in the week .
i am out for dinner today hope i dont go too mad .
i have plenty of shakes to go with , just want my strong head back

Well not been on pc much as Gadren and DIY , must say keeping busy is the key .
Yes sclaes , i have not been on them in few days ... them numbers do play tricks with the mind , wish i knew the 6 numbers :)))

Not too bad - down day today but we're meant to be going out to lunch - luckily it's a vegetarian cafe so if I have soup or salad with no bread I should be ok.

Looking forward to weigh in on Sunday and hoping to stay off the scales in the meantime!

how was the meal out ? yes mothers day tomoz , unsure if they are taling me out or cooking for me so will fill you in , any plans ?
 
Had an interesting meal with mum - she has dementia so can behave very erratically.

Lost 2lbs this week so I'm happy with that.

No plans for mothers day - my son lives in London so will be talking to him on the phone but that's all.
