Hea - cheese triangles
Heb - bread
Breakfast- toast with cheese triangles
Lunch- sub(10), mayo (0.5), chicken, lettuce. Tomato, twiglets(4.5). Strawberries and grapes.
Dinner- steak, chips, mushrooms, tomato and peas.
