Hi Cee having a good day thanks.
My scan bran turned up this morning, so will start trying some recipes with them.
Managed 45 mins of exercise on my wii today!
Hea - milk
Heb - 1 x bread
Breakfast- toast, spread(1), marmite and a banana
Snack - apple
Lunch
Tried a scan bran( I found it ok)(1)
Snack- harvest morn benefit bar choc & orange(3.5) very yummy and can use these instead of alpen light bars
