Juicy Lucy's Journey with SW

What did u think of your scan bran cake Lucy ?.
Being a primary school teacher would be so rewarding. I am a teaching assistant in year 4 and its a lovely year to be in.
 
Trying a red day today
Hea - milk
Heb - 1x bread
Heb - 230g potato with skin on

Breakfast - toast(heb), spread(1), blueberry conserve(1) and a banana

Took friend to airport for her holiday( not fair lol). On the way back stopped at my mum's for a cuppa and she had just taken rock cakes out of the oven. The temptation was to much and boy was it nice (10 syns consumed).
Lunch

Dinner
Rump steak, wedges(heb), mushrooms, onion, pepper and green beans. Syn free peppercorn sauce made with quark.
Strawberries and cream(1)
14 syns used!

It was ok, better covered with a yogurt lol.
He wants to work in reception/ foundation. I start my degree in September in childhood and youth studies to help me become a teaching assistant/ teacher/ play therapist :/

Dinner was yummy but sauce changed as the quark separated. Luckily had a tub of phili light in the fridge so used some of that instead and will count it as my 2nd hea!

Had to do my crisps on grease proof as first batch stuck to plate but they are so nice.

What are you up to today Lucy? Looking forward to today's food pics!
 
Just been for a walk along the river which was lovely and stopped at a nice new Indian restaurant that's just opened for a coffee. Might have to go there when I get to goal!

Sounds like you had a lovely walk today :) Indian is my favourite food so I'm with you on going there for a meal when you're at target :)
 
Day started with a bacon sandwich.

Lunch was pasta, tuna, cottage cheese, peas and sun dried tomato(2)

Snack- Scan bran carrot cake(4)

Dinner was a meal from a SW cook book 'all in one', cheese bacon & potato hash(3) did not put as much cheese as it said. Served with rocket and tomato. Very tasty!

This is the recipe

SCAN BRAN CARROT CAKE,

4 SCAN BRAN, CRUSHED
1 WEEKABIX CRUSHED
5OZ GRATED CARROT
HALF TSP NUTMEG
1 LEVEL TBSP RUNNY HONEY, 2 LEVEL TBSP MINCEMEAT
3 EGGS BEATEN
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER
TRANSFERE MIX IN TO A LINED/GREASED BAKING TIN
BAKE ON GAS MARK 4 180C FOR 1 HOUR
FOR THE TOPPING MIX
1 POT OF QUARK WITH FEW DROPS OF LEMON JUICE ADD SWEETNER TO TASTE
SPREAD ON TO CAKE ONCE COOLED
13 AND HALF SYNS FOR WHOLE CAKE
I used cinnamon and ginger instead of nutmeg. I also used a extra tbsp of mincemeat taken it up to 14.5 for the whole cake.
 
I stayed the same again :cry:. Not sure where I'm going wrong but I've decided to have a go at doing ww again for a week, but will post my food on here.
 
Aw that is annoying but try not to worry, it's maybe just your body getting used to the change from WW to SW? How long have you been doing SW for?
