Juicylucys journey to lose half of myself.(omg)!!!!!!

Well I started this journey 12 weeks ago. My first main thing was so that I can go on holiday to Italy and fit in the seatbelt on the aeroplane. Well tomorrow is that day. OMG. I'm so nervous. I'm not nervous about the seatbelt anymore as I think if it doesn't fit I know I've done my best and one day it will fit. I'm now more nervous about flying. My children are soooo excited, bless them.

I do feel very proud of what I've done. I can't believe that I've suck to something for this long on my own without going to a group. I know I can do this I have to just believe in myself. Don't get me wrong I've had tough weeks but I've managed to get back on track somehow. This website really has been my rock. I wouldn't have been able to do it without the recipes I've found on here and the support of my friend speccy4eyes. So thanku.xx


Im off on school run now, then work and then have to finish packing. Its a nightmare trying to remember everything for all 5 of us.

My partner is back now, so I have to get him back on track with SW...... Now thats an uphill battle.....think I'd rather take 3 kids on a plane lol
 
Well I'm in sunny Italy. It's rained Sunday and Monday, thought I was still in England.lol.

But have woke up this morning with blue skies and the sun is shining. Wooooooooohoooooooo.

Little update. My first main reason for staring this diet was so I fit on aeroplane and don't need and extender. WELL , I fit.:clap:

But I'm telling you if I hadn't lost this weight I so wouldn't have been able to do the belt up. So I'm sooooo pleased I done it. And I can't wait until I get to more goals now. As I think for the first time in my life I actually achieved what I wanted to all on my own without going to class.

Well done me.lol.xxx

Well I'm back

Ive had a fab time away. Plane out wasn't too bad with the kids. 2 and 1/2 hours on plane that was enough though. Wedding was lovely and after two days of rain the sun shined all week and it was about 28c. I think I really needed to be away and just chill. All you mothers out there know what I mean, I'm sure.

Went to Rome with the kids. And actually they were as good as gold. What a beautiful place. Didn't see everything as only had a limited amount of time until the children had had enough. But saw what I wanted and I hope that one day I will go back and see the rest. Flight back last night was delayed 4hours which is a long time with the kids running riot at the airport.lol. But all three of them fell asleep on the aeroplane which meant we could sit and relaxed. Bloody lovely it was too.lol.

Back to normality today. Unpacking, washing everywhere. Bit of shopping. Back to work tomorrow. Booohoooo

I need to sit down now and plan my meals for the next week. Weigh in on Friday. Not sure how I feel about that. I haven't been that bad with food this week but had a few glasses of wine. ( I was on hol after all) I don't care though as I still feel focused and ready to continue with my journey. I just feel relieved now that the wedding is over with as that seemed to be a big cloud over my head and the aeroplane selt thing. Next thing is my big 30 in august. Oh and my friends hen do in July.xxxxx

Sounds like you had a fabby holiday in Italy and that's fab you don't need to worry about the seatbelt thing anymore, well done you!

Don't worry about WI on Friday, even if you have a gain it doesn't matter - you were on hols and you've lost every single week since you started so you've got lots to be proud of :)
 
Well had weigh in. Put on 2lbs. Well holiday well and truly over now. Still feel focused but have had a difficult week. Finding it hard to get back on plan. So really I deserve the 2 lb gain. New week, so need to kick myself up the bum and move on.

Im absolutely nakered. Since hol the kids have been up loads every night. And what with working mon and tues late nights I'm so tired it's like having two newborn babies again. What is going on!!!!!!!
. And that hasn't help as I really haven't been bothered to cook everything from scratch.

So will sort that out now. Off shopping this morning( proper shop) as only grabbed a couple of things after hol so I've got my list and can sort myself out now.lol.xxxx

I never go shopping without a list these days......leads me to destruction otherwise.....which funny enough looks just like the choccie and biscuit Aisle

2lb gain...........you know it could have been a lot worse but its not a bad thing, You had a great holiday, had lovely food and drink and you have the tools at your disposal to get it off again

So consider that a kick up the bum and go to the shops.................get me some cadbury's light choccie mousse while you're there lol

Get your shopping done and I bet you feel more focused and positive about it all, don't forget we are all here to spur you on :)
 
Well, I've had a really bad week. Have not got back on plan. So annoyed with myself, but today is a new day, a new week. And today IS the day I'm getting my ass in gear. Speak soon everyone. Hope ur all ok.xx

Having a good day so far. Just trying to drink lots of water. Trying to Get back in the habit. It's soooo annoying that I went off track as its so hard getting back on. ( but I will)!!!!

Breakfast- muller light and banana

Lunch- homemade pasta with sauce. Banana

Tea- got chicken Katsura curry cooking and rice. Smells yummy, hope it tastes as good.lol

Hexa- milk

Hexb- whole meal bread

Its the cravings that grip you when you are trying to get back on track, that I find makes life difficult.
Keep stocked up on all those low syn snacks and fruit............. You will get through this and back on track and then the girls at the Hen Party won't hold a candle to you xxx:bighug:
 
Tried Morrisons Meatfree Mince tonight...............Well worth a try, 2 bags for £3 and it will easily serve 4 (per bag)
