I only joined the gym last Monday, but after not going on Saturday and Sunday I was raring to go on Monday, I like to feel I have worked my body a little, so have raised the resistance a little bit, a slightly higher slope on the treadmill and a higher level on the cross trainer, also on the rower today, hope it doesn't upset my weightloss too much otherwise I will have to go back down again... Two more sleeps to go.... woohoo!!
