On week 3 of RTM now, and have remained at goal weight throughout so far... so am really pleased about that... :)

Must admit, finding the introduction of food much more challenging than being in abstinence, but getting my head around it and enjoying the challenge... Unfortunately not getting to come on here so much at the mo' as started new job and they actually want me to work!! I mean! It's very inconvenient for my forum surfing, I can tell you! Hehe... ;) But still popping on when I can, as don't want to lose touch with you all...

Oh, and updated everyone's latest fantastic losses below too... :D

Catch you all soon... and well done girls, those lbs are obviously still dropping at a great rate, so exciting!

Apologies for not smiling in some though, I must have been really concentrating on trying to negotiate my camera! Hehe... ;)

Well, it was just a 1.5lbs loss for me this week - missed my monthly target but at least the scales are still moving in the right direction! Am hoping a small loss this week means an even bigger one next... well I can dream right?! ;)
And congrats Pinkie too - just seen your pictures and they are amazing! :D
