I've managed to stick to it so far all week x was starving today and so was hubby so we've already eaten our tea lol x got friends round tonight so hoping I can stay on track xxx
I am on Xenical too! My friend who has effectively lost weight with it said that you ideally have to take it religiously for the first two weeks, then you can lessen the dosage for the next couple of weeks, that is, assuming that you eat food with no fat by then.
I really don't mind the diet, it's the exercise that's a killer! I can't find the time (with a full time job, a 4 year old daughter, household stuff to attend to) and the motivation to do it!
Do you mind sharing the exercise routine that works best for you?
