I managed only 5.5 yesterday x I saved 8 to have a highlights hot choc and a curly wurly when I finished work last nightbut ended up having pasta n used 3.5 syns on the sauce instead worked better for me x I also cycled 10km n drank 2 litres of water x my goals for this week are .. Cycle at least 10km, drink 2litres of water, be 100% on plan and no more than 10syns ... So far all good .. Got a meal out on Saturday so saving a few syns will be worth it xx
I got a meal for my mums bday tomorrow but going to stay on plan i hope its my bday next week so i need to stay on it this week so can have a bit of wine next week xxx
My oh birthday next week too .. So I'm gonna enjoy our meal on weds and be good for the rest of next week x I like meals on n Tuesday n Wednesday's .... Hit almost a whole week to make up for it xxx
I do that but I'm starving when I get in x change of plan half of the people dropped out today .. Instead got a curry a box of beer n choc brownies with clotted cream for pud .. Hello gain ... xx
Oh dear .. I walked the dog to my brother in laws football game today stood in the cold n rain throughout the game walked home again .. N cycled 6km x the food side however not so good x might eat some grapes and play wii make myself feel a bit better lol xx
well im back.... moved in to my first house with 5 of my uni friends. ........ haven't lost a single pound. So starting SW on my own since Friday. hopefully im on it now.
