I want 10lbs off after today for the wedding then another 1stone for holiday in October x

Hopefully .. I think I may be due on cos yesterday I felt fine n today I feel massive and bloated I have a huge headache and I'm feeling tired n sick xx

So I gained 2.5 x I said whatever I gain .. Double it n that's what I'm losing next week xx

Got to the end of aisle n I was shaking my hubby kept rubbing my hand saying its fine lol I only cried once the whole day xxx

30th x omg my bridesmaid got married yesterday ... Soo emotional .. But I didn't drink all day .. I drove so it made sure I couldn't drink x food was carvery .. And I didn't have pudding ... Then buffet was lots of cold meats and things .. So another 100% day x I wanna lose at least 4lbs xxxx
