Every room in the house is cleared out and cleaned it feels good x

I did a huge food shop yesterday on a budget so lots of yummy things to eat this week gonna do a chilli for tea today had the nicest salad last night xx

Im making sw kebab meat for tea tonight and a syn free sauce xxx

Yum I haven't done that for ages! Hubby's working over 3 hours away today and it's my day off then I'm working the weekend n he's home x

Same can't decide what to have for my lunch today xx

I had hugr fruit salad for breakfast might have omlette for lunch mmm xxx

I wanted a jacket but we only have tiny potatoes lol x might do chips beans and salad xx

Oh my god what a day of body magic been walking and just cut grass and im sweating like a pig lol xxx

I've done nothing but watch the Olympics lol x were redecorating this weekend then house will be on sale Monday xxx

I sat down bout 30mins ago now my back is killing was hurting this morning think its with lots of running around with nephew yeasterday hope pain killers kick in soon and when i get to target that my back stops playing up xxx

When we first started clearin out our house I had killer back ache for days .. I'm due on mon and don't I feel it I keep eating bad food and I'm boiling and this weather doesn't help xx

We are going to hubbys friends so god knowd what food options are going to be :-( xxx

Flexi syned counted 30 so had 50 all week upto now xxx

I'm not weighing myself for 5 weeks :/ but I'm gonna be 100% good and exercise loads more but I have a weight I'd like to be in mind xx
