July 2012 Bride...and a LOT to loose

Todays food -
Breakfast - fruit n hifi
Lunch - steam veg n tuna
Tea - chicken curry n actifry chips (3)
Treat - wotsits 5.5 hifi 3 n jelly 1/2 :) xxx
 
No if I can't do it at home I will deffo go back to group after Xmas x but for now im gonna try my best :) I'm dedicating my day to planning x will food shop tomorrow night Saturday morning I'm a new person :) xxx
 
I've set my goals x planned my meals And I'm going to pick the car up from the garage after work tomorrow and will food shop at the same time :) xxx
 
Right im on it not going to pile lots of preasure on myself this is where im going wrong im going to take it a day at a time xxx
 
Hi Hun how's it going x got my goals set for this week and ready to go .. Dreading moving house as we won't have a cooker :( gonna have to literally eat salad lol xxx
 
Thanks just makes sure u n hubby get a proper warm meal in this horrible cold weather. Right my weight loss head screwed on now going back to group tonight not going to stress about the number my auntie is joining too so think this will help keep me focused xxx
 
Mum is lending me her George foreman and her camping stove lol x were gonna hopefully be ok lol x hubby weighed last night he's gain half a stone since the wedding! So were in it together at the moment xxx
 
That's my plan too :) we can do this together x I wanna lose a stone by Xmas that's my first goal x my sister gets married in may do that's my target n also ur anniversary!! Where does the time go!! Xx
