July 2012 Bride...and a LOT to loose

Lost half so that's 8lbs in 3 weeks x so I'm aiming for 2 or 3 this week xx

Lost 3.5 go us super losers 3 this week would be nice xxx

I really wasn't expecting a loss! Half a lb is better than nothing so I was happy x will be happier with a bigger loss this week though xx

Its even better when you dont expect it im going for another good week xxx

I am too this week I'm off tomorrow and it's pay day so I'm gonna plan in the morning and go shopping in the afternoon along with house work and decorating x I have my scan in2 weeks soo exciting xx

Oooh bet you cant i just come to work n have a hol day so gonna get a bit more house work done when i get home xxx

Aww whats wrong? My week is going really well tried loads of new stuff xxx

Just sickness so don't eat much and when I do I just eat what I fancy have eaten a bit of bacon today n that's it x gonna try not eat much bad stuff now x lots of veg xx

Bad day yesterday had wine :-( i should be banned from drinking the stuff lol xxx

I don't have that problem anymore! My body is craving sugar! Eaten pretty bad this week xx

My body craving bacon sandwich on white bread today but im not doing it had a ham salad instead

Yeah I've been I lost 1.5 so that's 9.5 in 4 weeks xx

I lost 1/2lb im happy with that xxx

Yay x I'm going to try harder this week x so glad I've lost this weight so fingers crossed after I have the baby ill be lighter than before xx
