June Challenge!!

According to my mums scales I've maintained, not bad after the weekend I had....just hope it stays like that or turns to a loss when I weigh on slimming world scales next Tuesday
 
First June WI tomorrow morning. Looking forward to it. Had a bit of a busy weekend with my daughter's birthday so there was cake and some treats... but have been super good since Saturday and hoping for a small loss. :D
If not... next week!

I do interval training at 'bootcamp' 3 mornings a week and I run,anything from a quick mile to 5+ miles depending on time and weather xx

Wow that's a lot of running. I use to do cross country running many moons ago and we would do 2 mile runs. I couldn't do that now never mind 5 miles :) x
 
First June WI was a bit of a disappointment lost 1lb so must try harder for my target lol

The hundred meters floors me! Aha.

It's actually fun making the list, just chose a silly time to start when I'm doing a 7 day, 60 hour week in a busy restaurant aha.

Lost 2 lb this morning :D actually pretty happy cos I've been proper half arsing it this week with less and less superfrees and loads of Chinese food and sticky toffee puddin ha. But I just didn't have breakfast yet or even drink water this morning, I'm so sad :p

Im sat in meeting right now, Will update the list either tonight or tomorrow morning ^.^
 
I've had to change my WI to Thursday. I STS this week :( better than a gain though I suppose. Well done to those who have lost and good luck to those left to weigh :)

I would like to loose 7lbs this month

WI was today and I have lost 3 lbs so was happy with that!!

People who have lost well past target, well done but don't let yourself slack off now, yeah? there's no reason to not exceed your targets :D
anyone who gained or STS, don't you worry and don't you dare let yourselves get off track! just think how amazing you'll feel knowing you're back on track, and if you're owt like me then the best losses are always the weeks straight after a gain!
Let me know if you notice any mistakes and that =)
And let me know if anyone needs to adjust targets :cool:
