.......thought I would go to the local drinking hole tonight as the last time I was there was boxing day, incidently was the day I decided to do this diet while stood at the bar weighing in at 20 stone.
I went in early to see my old bar maid freind and she gave me a big hug. It was great to see all the drop jaw faces and hear the nice compliments. I aint felt so good for a long time, even with my 5 pints of tap water.
So you kiddies that are struggling listen to your uncle Gazza and take heed, success smells and tastes sweet. What your doing now is soooooooo worth it. I promise!
