Hi Red, sorry you gained the only thing i can think off is you lost a LOT in your first 2 weeks and its just your body rebelling against your healthy eating, BUT keep going and ill promise it will come off!
For snacks if you can't have fruit perhaps have carrot sticks and cucumbers?
