I do like fruit but most things give me tummy ache, I don't know why. I tried to look it up online and I read sine things about potassium levels but I dunno. I can eat oranges, and nectarines, peaches but I daren't go near bananas or apples. Weird innit lol :)

But that is actually a good idea thanks Lisa, I'm gonna have a look when I go shopping :)

Thats ok - its what i do sometimes :) By eating it before instead of after it's still the EE principle of filling up on sf before free. I always have a banana before I eat my cereal :)

Evening all -I've been very good today:

Breakfast: 2 x weetabix (HEB) and milk (HEA) and frozen summer fruits

Lunch: chicken stir fry

Snack: 2 x Alpen (HEB)

Tea: chilli con carni, cauliflower rice and garlic mushrooms (1/2 syn)

Can diet coke

It was ok, looked more like cous cous. Still tasted of cauliflower obviously lol. Defo a good alternative. It must have been ok cause all the kids ate it and there was no complaints :)
 
Today had been ok:

Breakfast: weetabix (HEB) and milk (HEA)

Lunch: wholemeal toast (HEB) and left over chilli

Tea: meatballs in tomato based sauce, roasted swede, carrots, peppers, cauliflower popcorn and green beans. Also had half a mini naan bread which is about 6 syns

Also had some frozen summer fruits with very low fat fromage frais
 
Been having a think about some other goals which I'd like to set myself.

I feel quite fed up with my weight this week. It is *week and I do feel bloated do not holding out a lot if hope for thursday.

So, some of the goals I'm looking to achieve:

1. Get my engagement ring back on
2. Fit back into my pretty underwater
3. Be able to paint my toenails easily
4. Fit back into my jeans I've got hidden away ( these vary in size between 22 and 16)
5. Go swimming with the kids

Because of my PND I do have confidence issues and I'm hoping that losing weight will be a step towards a 'new improved' me.

Quite a serious post tonight!

Found for today (Wednesday)

Lunch: left over chilli on toast (HEB)

Close girlfriend came over this afternoon. She said she wanted to get us pizza for tea. I said I couldn't have it now cause of the diet, so we had a chicken shish kebab instead. And I had a few chips and then a Turkish delight. Well it is *week and we always get a takeaway. I've decided that next time she comes over though I'm gonna be prepared and have dips and veg for us an make some kind of 'takeaway' style food!

Weigh in does not look good for tomorrow...
 
Hi all

Didn't get weighed today, had to go and watch oldest daughters drama performance.

I have a stinking cold come on and it's snowing again!!!

Gonna sign out for the night and try to catch some z'ds. Will catch up with you all tomorrow xxxx
 
Ahhhh I hate having a cold I can't breathe!!!!!
