Well dentist was crap!!!

I've had a filling drilled out and a temporary dressing thing put on it and I've gotta go back in 2 weeks. My jaw is killing me though, I'm such a wimp, I don't wanna eat

On the positive side i bought a hand blender this morning yay!!!!

Here is the food I've had today:

Breakfast: 2x weetabix (HEB) and milk (HEA)

Dentist

Lunch: Soup I made (butternut squash, carrot, onion, bacon blitzed with my new hand blender)

Dentist Injection worn off now

Other half us cooking tea: Syn Free BBQ sauce over bacon with rice and peas

Today was gonna be a red day but I dunno now :/

Rice and peas aren't free in a red day. Also peas aren't superfree so to make it an EE day make sure you get some in x

I use a masher sometimes, to get a different texture to soup.

I didn't eat any dinner, just ended up with a mullerlight.

I can't sleep though cause my whole top jaw is aching!! Why oh why!!

Thanks, my soup was very nice, I even fooled the kids with it. They apparently don't like butternut squash, but they liked the soup

Aww thank you, I am a major wimp though with the dentist and tooth ache

Me 2 i hate it, Im a right baby! I always have a product called oraljel by the bed and 1 in my bag you put it directly on the tooth and surrounding gum, numbs it straight away! Im not sure how long it lasts but it lets me at least drop off to sleep!!xx

Ok so just got weighed, I lost 4lb!!!!
