Total Solution Just started today

Time for lunch! Today I am craving a chicken breast. I saw some last night at the butcher's and thought they looked delicious! So I still have that pic in my mind and now I want some!
 
Resist the chicken - have the chicken soup instead (I know it tastes nothing like chicken but just pretend!!!!)

I am having a chocolate shake for lunch which I really like but my body just can't get used to sweet things for lunch so will be back on the soup tomorrow!!!

My day went really well. I had my bar for lunch and soup for dinner. Right now I am chilling with a good film and a coke zero :)
 
Sounds like you've got it sorted!!! I have had 2 shakes and am now waiting for a bit before I have my bar as am having a tesco bar and put it in the fridge so waiting for it to chill.

Was meant to be going to the cinema tonight but it's changed to tomorrow so am going to plan for a completely on track day so am full when I get to the cinema and will be able to avoid the popcorn!!!!

Have you any plans for the weekend?

Day 5 ! Starting off with a banana shake :) I am feeling ok so far.
This afternoon I am off work for a funeral, which won't be pleasant.
Tomorrow I plan on relaxing and Sunday I am going on a hike with the boyfriend :)

I am intend on avoiding the cinema until next weekend end. I figure my will power will be greater after two weeks than after just one :)
Good luck on ignoring the popcorn today :)
 
And I am back! I have been very good this last week. Only slipped up once when a friend of mine made spaghetti carabonara!! Bad, I know , tho it made me realise that I don't even like carabonara :) So I figure it was still positive.
Saturday I allowed myself a nice treat: a spoonful of Ben & Jerry's cookie dough. Since then I am back 100% and i feel focused again!
