So as I mentioned in one of my previous posts I have re-started my food diary as it came in handy when matching the weeks I'd had a good loss to the foods I'd eaten.
Now I would also like to make a note of my mini goals as well as goals for the future (near future & far ahead)
Weight Loss Goals
1. Get under 10stone (3.3 lbs to go)
2. Lose 2stone (5lbs to go)
3. Get to 9stone 7lb (10lb to go)
4. Fit into a size 8 (currently size 10)
5. Lose 2stone 7lb (12lb to go)
Future Goals
1. Have laser eye surgery (currently wear contacts)
2. Travel to Goa, Australia, Canada, Maldives, Usa (not in one go!!!)
3. Get married & Have children (2-3)
4. Move abroad (possibly to one of the above destinations)
5. Be blissfully happy!
