I have no access to the internet on the boat any more so will be using my lunch hour at work or going to the pub to use their free wi fi (which is where I am now) so might not be around quite so often but will make sure I stay in touch with all my minimates as much as I can
Good news is that I lost 2.5 this week despite being on holiday. Some of the credit has to go to my poorly tummy which still is punishing me if I eat anything fatty or milky
