That's very true! At least on here everyone can appreciate how everyone else feels :)

I've been busy this evening and rather than snacking (I don't feel like my usual chocolate treat as although I'm not angry I'm still a little upset with his "you didn't even lose any weight this week" comment. So I have been putting together some before and now pictures to keep me motivated. I thought I'd share them with all my fellow minis and so that if I have another down day I can look back and remind myself of the progress that I have made so far....3st12.5lb to go! :)

Looking Good Karen :) Did you make the Breakfast Muffin? I love those CC Lighter Slices, been buying them whilst they were on Offer as its better Portion Control for me than a Block! X
 
Yeah I'm the same, cannot be trusted with a block of cheese so the slices are perfect. Pricy at full price so I only get them when they're on offer too! The muffin was one of the shop bought bread muffins, wouldn't know where to start making one of those! Was a really nice treat though as I don't often have them. Hope you're having a nice Saturday :)

Although my leader told me to eat my activity points this week I've decided not to...seems such a waste of my effort! So I've adjusted my weeklies from yesterday.

Wow! That's a lot of food! What happened to the other 2/3 of the Yogurt?!? I have never eaten my AP for the same reason, I'm not working my butt off for 20mins to scoff them in 20secs! X How did you make your Onion Bhaji? X
 
I saved the yoghurt and I've got another 1/3 with my raspberries today. I find too much yoghurt smothers the flavour of the fruit.
The onion bhajis is a recipe I found online and have been using for years, I just omitted the oil and used frylight instead:

They taste better with oil but are still nice the WW way.

I've never tried to make those muffins but did see them try on the Great British Bake Off and it looked quite tricky. How did yours turn out when you made them? That recipe looks amazing! Where do you buy Buckwheat Flour? I haven't made actual Breakfast Muffins but have made different Sweet and Savoury Ones, they are all so easy to make and never fail to taste yummy! X PS-Isn't it shocking when you work out what you used to eat Pre-WW, I definitely used to eat less but must of been the wrong stuff! X
 
I replace the buckwheat flour with gluten free flour as my sister can't have gluten and it works just as well. I know, it really is shocking. The other day i checked out the pp on pop tarts and was shocked..I used to have 4 which is 22pp and that's just breakfast lol. x

OMG! 22pp! I only spend 3pp more than that on a Dominos Pizza! I'm guessing u didn't have them ;-) x
 
Nope I definitely did not have them! Cannot justify that on them when they aren't even filling. Although they are tasty haha. And I would most definitely rather have pizza for those points lol.x

Was the Sponge Pudding Nice? Did you know you can have 76g of Asda Smart Price Custard for only 1pp, much cheaper than Ambrosia too! X

The sponge was lovely. One of my favourites but they rarely have it in my sainsburys. No I didn't know that but I am very glad you've told me as I'm a big custard fan lol. Shame I don't have an asda close to me :( il have to order some on my next food shop from asda :) x

It's a bargain too as its only 17p A Can! Rainman just checked and you can have 76g of Sainsburys Basics Custard for 1pp, you have to pay 1P more tho as its 18p! X

I have just realised that I have a physio appointment this morning and there is an Asda just round the corner so will be stopping there for some smart price crumpets and custard :)
