I can't even read the word mangetout without doing a Del-boy impression in my head lol.
So food wise it's going to be pretty much what you've been doing all summer but cutting the tomatoes (liquid variety ;))during the week

I love my chilli peanuts, always have a bag to hand (just make sure you wash your hands after eating them, I once rubbed my eye after a handfull and cried and cried - it really bloody hurt!!!)
 
Evening all my lovelies:)
Some good ideas on snacks so will work my way through them. All except the chilli - cant eat that! Sorry about the eyes bren - my bro did that with some mega hot pepper once (he's rather addicted!) and now wears gloves when chopping chillis:D

Anyhow another fun day up in town and lunch out. Very confusing weather - was hot and sticky this morning, peed down at lunch and i've been freezing all afternoon!

Particularly enjoyed dinner tonight as opened a can of tomatoes - only the second time since 4th Jan!!! Think i could enjoy owl - hope the scales agree!

B bacon, eggs, half slice burgen w but and marmite

L steak and salad
S pistachios
D chicken baked with pepper and tomato, green beans
S no carbs left for berries! Cheese if necessary later

Morning! Up early as going to a business networking breakfast - didn't know this time of the morning existed any more ugh!
Doubt it will meet my nutritional requirements so have a bag with low carb pitta, atkins bar and pork crackling. Let's see

Hah, I staged a business breakfast, (we called them power breakfasts) in a M'cd's kiddie area, all of us sitting on mushrooms. LOL, it went down great Katie

Lol jim - vision of mushrooms;). The breakfast was quite fun and they did serve a proper cooked one alongside the doughnuts!

Anyhow, on a crowded train into town now as got two days training to kick start my 6 month coaching course. Should be interesting:)

I have a bag of legal food packed including supper as have to rush at end of day to get back for dancing! Will try to catch up on all if signal holds...

Hope the commute isn't too yuck, I remember that train ride in the morning, it was so full it was usually my nose pressed into someone's armpit! :(
 
Evening all:D

Well that was an unpleasant commute! They shut the jubilee line due to overcrowding- well at least i wasnt in it:eek: anyhow made it with 2 mins to spare!

Really interesting day - so nice to be learning new stuff and meeting and getting to know new people:) then this evening back to first belly dancing class of the term - think i might ache tomorrow!

Morning all:).

Just wtg to start the horrid commute again:(. Didnt sleep well - think i was hungry! So note to self of things to watch
1 lc pitta (havent had for a while)
2 or because half my net carbs yesterday was from breads - not enough veg because on the run
3 or not enough calories - 400+ short due to exercise:eek:
Will experiment!

Anyway - happy with first OWL wi - 0.4 kg off so about a pound. As long as it's heading the right direction i'm happy:D
