Two dance classes in one day! Wow! Go you. Don't get over-tired mind you as that can make us wobble, diet wise lol. Well done x
 
Evening all:)
Another busy day - lots of meetings for my charity (coming like buses) and all in separate places so got plenty of walking in:). Good thing as no time to get to dancing! Also went to DDs parent consultation - apparently she's doing fine but does need to concentrate on her writing (looking at mine i know why;) )

Food going well and hoping for a loss this week. If i can sneak down to 85 then i get to treat myself to more clothes. Also friday is beginning of half term so wine will be out all week - not so good for the scales. AND i've just done an LCM order....lots of goodies on their way for the holiday week:eek:

Food today:
B bacon eggs half slice burgen
S pork crackling
L chorizo rapido
S celery houmous
D tuna steaks, cauli mash, courgette
S hoping for strawberries and cream and maybe some cheese

W some
E 60 mins walking quickly between various meetings (nicest in the sun this morning - freezing tonight!)
A nope - but counting the hours to friday night and half term;)

Just watching a program with DH on electricity and transistors etc - really interesting...perhaps we are geeks;)

Good food day especially with two dance classes and lunch out:D. So fingers crossed for wi tomorrow

L bit of pork belly, chicken and salad
D prawns leek boursin sauce on cauli rice
S cheese, blue berries and cream

W lots
E 2 hours dancing and a walk
A nope - but that's it - roll on friday:D

Morning all:)

Happy days! The scales were kind and I've lost 0.7kg approx 1.5lb and hit my mini goal of 85kg :D
[does a little dance around the room]
So it's shopping time!!!!

It's half term from this evening, so lets just target a sts next week;) my LCM order arrives today and DH has stocked up the wine rack:eek:

Still a few inches to lose on the bottom half - but not really any more weight goals. Think my end target will be something like size 16 trousers and reasonable waist/hip ratio...we'll have to see.

Off shortly to an all day training course in the city - must make myself a yummy lunch
