Love your evening meals Katie! Yum yum :)

LOL I Like that phrase :) Morning Katie love

Oooh that chicken sounds lovely, with the lemon :)

Feeling better today?

Di and I thought another evening at Nandos might be in order soon - any dates work best for you? Any other Atkinsers are free to join too :)

Evening all:)

A long day today as was up in london all day on my coaching training course and then had to rush back to do a trustee recruitment fair for my charity. But all fun and have kept the food legal. Feeling back to normal so hopefully the scales will agree tomorrow:)

Still got a few more meetings tomorrow but later start and earlier finish so will feel better. Then weekend pretty relaxed - probably going to stay with my parents (only round corner from us) as they have really nice firework display in shared grounds and mum is doing dinner:)

Hi Susie - i'm definitely on for a nando meet! I guess the question is whether we are having a london meet next weekend - if noone else can make it and only the three of us then we can organise to most convenient time instead (Di think you are rushing back?)

Anyhow, food diary for today-
B bacon eggs half slice burgen
S pork crackling
L chicken and salad
S houmous, celery, salami and cheese wrap
D prawns, leek and boursin sauce on cauli rice

W some
E a bit of walking round town
A nope

Morning Katie... Such a busy life! Lol ... I used to love going to firework displays with the kids - they are a love sense of family bonding and excitement...

I'm returning from Chelmsford next Saturday afternoon so could definitely meet any time after 5... Will be getting into Liverpool St Stn so it's pretty easy for me to get anywhere from there... :)

Morning all:)

Well a sts from last week which is actually good as it's really a lb up for the weekend and then off again:D. Still 1 lb to get back to lowest recorded but not worried. Also been debating whether to go back down to induction 20g. I know if i do i could lose more fairly fast - but then i'm not learning about life and maintenance...hmmm

Think i will stay on 35g for another week - will be less partying and more dancing so that should send me the right way. It's useful to know that i'm probably near my critical carb level to lose/maintain and i find 35 actually quite difficult to use up (unless i add back the wine and sf goodies!)

Also i dont know what my goal weight is- i know i want a smaller tummy and i fancy another size off for trousers - but that will mean more shopping

Anyhow, will play by ear and see where the run up to christmas takes me. Onwards and very very slowly downwards with music and grapes to help smooth the way:D
Xx

You sound very organised and sorted as usual Katie! Hope you have a great day! :)

Morning katie, I'm on 45 -50 Carbs most days but I can only achieve that level by having bread or pasta or rice etc.

Evening Katie, you sound like your head is still well and truly in the place it needs to be succeed - and buying new trousers is something many just dream of, so enjoy the retail therapy :D

Well done with the very efficient, sorted ENTJ head of yours!! :)

Lol - moi? A tj planning type? :D

And yes Bren - shopping fun but cards start to get mildly melted round the edges...perhaps if i had a paying job i'd feel less guilty?!

Interesting Jim that you are at similar carb levels - a good reminder that it's never really going to be poss to go back to the bad old "sugar" days....

Anyhow, in a good mood as had a long chat with a good friend who i havent seen for ages and we worked out no chance for yet more months! But at least the phone helps;)

No dancing today as stuck in charity meetings but looking forward to saturday zumba:D. Food today:
B bacon eggs half slice burgen
S pork crackling
L 2 salami cheese lc wraps, 4 baby toms
S pork crackling
D venison stew, roast celeriac, brocoli - wow DH is a great cook:)
S hope some fruit or cheese....

W yes
E no
A oh yes - tfif;)
