Thanks...my hair is quite full of oomph anyway so it tend to stick...the only thing thats hard to manage is the bottom layer...it keeps wanting to flick out and i am a hair perfectionist!

Not sure if the frankie cut would need much work to be honest! My OH hates short hair, but he does like how i've had it cut...so he says anyway lol!!

God i wish i looked like frankie! I like the hair, think the frankie cutt would look hot to tho!

hey...so was gonna go to the gym today but cba...i went yesterday and it was so busy it annoys me and in the classes it's full of people reluctantly doing their new years resolution and not really wanting to be there!!

Tuesday 18th January Green Day

Hi all...having a fabulous day at work tofay so though i would do a lunchtime check in to see how everyone is getting on!!
Just tucking into my lunch and boy was i ready for it!!

Breakfast 7.30am
28g Porridge and milk (part HEXA and HEXB)

Lunch 13.00pm
Tomato couscous mugshot (1 syn)
3 Cauldron falafels (3 syns)
HIFI bar (HEXB2)
WW Yoghurt

Dinner 20.45pm
jacket potato and homemade quorn chilli and cheese (part HEXA)
Muller Light (New York Cheesecake) 1 syns

Hey been very busy so have bt posted! Will post food diary later! Feeling nervous about weigh in tomorrow! Been good since Sunday and had less than 10 syns per day! But I feel bloated and like I have definitely gained, which may be down to alcohol consumption last Friday night :-s eek
 
Thursday 20th January Green Day

Hey all...sooo i'm mega pissed off!! I have this HUGE bloated round belly for no reason!
I've been so good all week, exercised 5 days out of 7, and been angelic since sunday!!!
I did go out friday night drinking, which can be the only explanation but i thought that would have gone away by now! really not happy!!!
100% expecting a gain tomorow now as i feel like a total whale!!!

Breakfast 7.20am

Lunch 13.30pm
Chicken couscous mugshot (2 syns)

I got this the for the 1st 2 weeks of beginning slimming world because I only do green days so have been drinking peppermint tea which seems to help. I wait for it to cool down a bit before drinking it. Drinking warm fluids seem to help me when I feel bloated. Hope it helps...x
 
Friday 21st January Red Day

Hey so WI....i STS. Quite relieved tbh as would of been gutted if i had gained! Will be WI thursday next week as working away thursday night and have a big conference thing and ball so wont be at home til friday evening!

Actual fruit...HHEEAAAVVVVEEEE!!!
I cant stomach fruit, i have an issue with food textures and fruit rubs me up the wrong way!!!
tbh....im so fully from dinner...i have a mountain of fresh veg lol
 
Saturday 22nd January Green Day

MOORRRNNIINGGGGG:)
Feeling somewhat chipper today lol,been for my morning run and just tucking into my brekkie!
Off to the Bullring soon to buy myself a dress for my works conference/ball in London on Thursday!
Then off to an engagment party tonight, im driving though!!
Had pic n mix at cinema last night, must of only had about 10 sweeties though so was quite pleased ascould quite happily of chewed my arm off...and i resisted B&J Ice cream which was on offer!!!!
